Also, Ultron's A.I. originally came from the Mind Stone, didn't it? I still think more of the 'murder all humans' part came from that than Tony's AI, and still blame Thanos for the safety features in the staff more than I do Tony and Bruce for trying to study it.

I don't think I've seen it since I saw it in the theaters. I think it's the Bruce/Natasha scenes that do it. I remember all the stuff with Ultron (like him channelling Starks showboating when he first meets the twins) or the stuff with Thor, Ironman or Cap. But the rest of the film is a badly done blur. I blame Joss whedon.

Lots to unpack. I feel bad for the movie only fans that aren't familiar with the source material. This would have been a bigger kick in the balls than ESB all those years ago if not for my pre-existing comic knowledge.
A few bits of misdirection in the trailers, especially when it came to Hulk. I guess having his ass handed to him after being the Champion of Sakaar for so long really screwed him up in the head.
Really disappointing that we didn't see the attack on Xandar and the Nova Corps. I thought for sure that would be the opening scene. That was the only way I felt cheated by this one.
I agree that Gamora is trapped in the Soul stone and will be back
I thought Loki's death was a bit anticlimactic given how important he's been to the overall franchise, but it was still fitting. Happy trails Hiddleston. Not so shocked about Heimdall as Elba has made it clear that he wanted out.
Thor said Thanos killed half his people, but how did the other half survive the ship blowing up...?
Pratt's subtle weight gain worked into the script. Haha.
Stark and Strange was a great pairing (goatee buddies!) I agree Strange saw that Tony was the one to stop Thanos, hence his surrendering of the Time stone.
Surprised we saw most of the screen time for Cap's team in the trailers but I guess they wanted to spotlight Wakanda. All those brand new Black Panther fans must be freaking out.
Thor with Rocket and Groot was gold.
Dinklage as a giant dwarf? Yeah, OK I guess. Not sure why they made him dye his hair red, you couldn't even tell from the lighting.
Apparently one of Wanda's many mysterious powers is getting rid of her Sokovian accent. Seriously, where the hell did it go?
Timeline vs other movies and shows.....I don't think a year real time will take place between this one and A4. Agents might give it a passing reference as they did this week, but I doubt the Netflix shows will touch it. Ant-Man and the Wasp seems to take place before this one, maybe we'll get a stinger with Hope, Hank or (presumably) Janet turning to ashes at the end of it.
I had no idea that was Red Skull at first, he looked more like Syzygy Darklock from Dreadstar (another Starlin creation).
Brolin...best mo-cap since Andy Serkis in the original Rings trilogy.
Remember way back when Byrne was doing West Coast Avengers and Vision "died" but came back as an emotionless machine?
The Black Order was surprisingly ineffective overall.
Post-credit has to be explained to every non-comic fan.
Favorite lines/moments....
Every time Thor said "rabbit". Never got old for me.
"You might want to wash that fir....or not."
Thanos upon his realization that he has to sacrifice Gamora. Beautifully done.
"Why has she been up there all this time?"
"How much for the arm?"
...and amid all the chaos, no one blinks at the talking space raccoon and his tree.
"I am Groot." "I'm Steve Rogers."
The ladies take down Proxima Midnight.
Thanos using the Time stone after Vision's sacrifice. Damn.
"I don't want to go." More heartbreaking than when Tennant said it as #10.
"What just happened?"
"Motherfu...."
So, the original six will be left for part 2, along Rhodey and whoever survives Ant-Man and the Wasp. Not sure if the Wakandans will be involved as their country might start to destabilize after this, especially with the loss of their king. I'm really, really curious as to what becomes of Rocket and Nebula and what roles they play in A4. Also interested to see where Carol has been since the 90's and if Mar-Vell is still alive in the present.
Let the 12 months of unending speculation begin!
(God dammit...where's Clint???)

Valkyrie and Korg (and Meek?) is nowhere to be seen. And they WERE confirmed to be in these two movies.
Safe to say they probably got them the hell out of there.

I LIKED it... It just didn't stick with me like I wish it had. Like Spider-Man: Homecoming. I liked it... But not loved it.

]I swear, I must be the only person who actually liked Age of Ultron. You're not alone out there brother In all honesty there hasn't been a one of these movies I haven't at least liked, even the much maligned Dark World and Iron Man 2.

Yeah, I've been at worst (Iron Man 3 and Thor TDW) "It was still pretty alright". As for Valkyrie, she's dead. Suspect cut scene, but her corpse is just next to Heimdall when he gets turned into a Titan-Ka-bob. Aka she got Wheeljacked. Not sure about the others, but stands to reason Thanos let some of them just fly away in escape pods if he was letting half of them live.

I think the low-water bar for Marvel movies for me was Incredible Hulk (the one with Abomination) just for it being....there. Like, if it weren't for RDJ being there as Tony and Ross showing up elsewhere, you'd almost be able to forget it existed going by the other movies. It also was just "yeah, it's okay" for me. Like, I genuinely can't remember the order things happened there vs. every other Marvel movie. I am kinda surprised at how brutal they were to both GotG's endings and Ragnarok's. Like, Ragnarok ends on "Asgard is not a place, it's a people" and all that, and then boom, Infinity War just ices all of them for the most part except Thor. Xandar happened offscreen, so some of the Nova Corps we met may have survived Thanos' decimation, but it's still a hell of an ending override. Gotta wonder what some of the actors thought of that coming up. "Oh, awesome, I get to be Valkyrie, and she's awesome and....dead. Well, thanks a lot." Especially given Loki's bits of character development in Ragnarok just get cut short like that.
