The Toons I Love: Transformers obviously, Beast Wars, Beast Machines, TF: Prime, TF: Animated, TF: Robots in Disguise, TF: Rescue Bots (just started season 2). The Disney Afternoon: Rescue Rangers, DuckTales, TailSpin, and Darkwing Duck. I kinda like Gargoyles but was never super into it. The rest of the DA never clicked with me. Bucky O Hare & the Toad Wars JEM: my sisters & I would watch this when we were little, and I found it’s still surprisingly good as an adult. Batman: TAS Voltron: Legendary Defender: I never liked any other Voltron show, but this one is just so good. Thundercats (2011): Another one where I couldn’t stand the original but loved the remake. Teen Titans Megas XLR
ANIME: Bubblegum Crisis Tenchi Muyo original OAV Sailor Moon Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex Lupin III Azu Manga Daioh Dirty Pair: Project Eden
And a bunch I’m sure I’m forgetting.

Now in no particular order: 1. Johnny Test: Maaaaan FUCK that hyperactive, low brow, Dexter's Lab wannabe piece of shit. 2. Loonatics Unleashed: It was like the Looney Tunes show NO ONE ASKED FOR. 3. Drawn Together: Oh hey, a show with a bunch of generic, poorly designed character tropes, with a slew of "edgy" dick and gay jokes written by a bunch of straight white dudes. 4. 12 oz. Mouse: At a time when Adult Swim was becoming more and more obnoxious, this was the poster child. What the hell was this shit even supposed to be? 8. Family Guy: 'Nuff said. 9. Transformers Energon/Superlink: To date, it is the ONLY Transformers show I have not seen in it's entirety. The animation is sub par, the writing is atrocious... It's just bad. I omitted the anime since I have not seen them, but I can agree with each and everyone of those left. Johnny Test definitely felt like a knock off Dexter's Lab. Drawn Together seemed like just a bad stand up comedy act set to animation. Family Guy, while ok in the beginning, I am just sick of at this point and that includes American Dad too. It would not hurt my feelings if both shows ended so McFarlane could concentrate more on the Orville which is actually a pretty enjoyable series. 12 oz Mouse...just WTF...? Loonatics just made me change channel. Energon...when people some ask why Beast Machines is not my least favorite series, I bring up Energon. I watched the show in its full run, but to me this show was essentially "The Corner of Dead End Street and WTF BLVD". I hated because at moments characters would get great characterization which then leads to nowhere and/or is completely forgotten about. For example, the first episodes made Demolisher one of my favorite characters of the series, until he then was up...downgraded into Munky-Molisher then all that previous set up was GONE. Or they would have characters suddenly change for no reason and then out of nowhere go back to the way they were before. I got confused at times where Alpha-Q and Scorponoks allegiance was at from episode to episode. Then they would add different aspects with no sense or explaination such as "Megatron's sword"...since when the **** did Megatron have a sword before his in show return.

Wow. We've actually found a series that sent Mach into a nerd rage. I did not think this possible. Loonatics Unleased I had managed to forget existed, but yeah, wow, that was bad. I agree with Energon being the worst TF series as well. There is next to nothing redeeming about it aside from some of the toy designs. If you can put Beast Machines into a mental space where it's not a completely fucked up retconning sequel to Wars and just see it as it's own (parallel) universe, it's really not a bad show at all.

Oh there ARE series and movies that send me into nerd rage. I just don't talk about them here. But just for a short list, that's not just cartoons...
Batman V. Superman Transformers: Age of Extinction The Big Bang Theory X-Men 3: The Last Stand G.I.Joe Resolute Star Trek Into Darkness Kick-Ass Fifty Shades of Grey
Then there's some comic stuff I could totally derail the topic here ranting about. Oh... I've also gone into real rage over certain events in the world since November of 2016 as well.

1. Johnny Test: Maaaaan FUCK that hyperactive, low brow, Dexter's Lab wannabe piece of shit. Well, you're hardly alone in that. Anytime I've seen that show mentioned, it's never in a positive context. Hell, I've been watching a lot of Phantom Strider on YouTube, and he's made mention of how bad it is in several videos (that and other cartoons like Breadwinners). The more I think about the premise, Dexter's Lab but Dexter is a pair of 14-year-old twins and the "Dee-Dee" is an obnoxiously attention-hungry boy that they experiment on...this may be the first shameless foreign ripoff of a cartoon that's lasted in the states. It's like if Transmorphers or Ratatoing became popular enough to be frequently talked about.

While it's not my or my wife's lifestyle, we have a friends who enjoy the whole BDSM lifestyle deal. And this series of movies and books doesn't seen come close to getting it right it, but glorifies sexual and emotional abuse. It's about as accurate to the whole BDSM scene as that episode of CSI was to furries. Twilight gets vampires more accurate than this gets BDSM right.

And both had books that are from the perspective of the male lead and came across more as suspense horror than romance. The difference is that 50 Shades' got published, as opposed to Twilight's creator pulling hers in a huff over it being leaked on the internet.

I've only got three points to add... I must have been watching (and bought DVDs of) a different Loonatics Unleashed show than everyone else Judging by Mach's hate=list, he's obviously never seen Cailou The lack of Exo-Force mentions makes me sad

The lack of Exo-Force mentions makes me sad This is how I feel when I talk to most other cartoon enthusiasts my age about the Mysterious Cities of Gold and get nothing but blank looks. The show was on Nick after all. At least it's just a tad more well known than the 80s pre school show on Nick about a mannequin guy that comes to life when he wears his hat or some shit. Nick was awesome yet weird in the 80s.
