Trivia, it doesn't work with the Matrix that came with Rodimus, but if you use another Matrix... Like ER Prime's, Galvatron's, SS86's Hot Rod's... You can fit the hole o the back onto the sword's 5MM post and make it the hilt of the "Sword of Primus" like Prima intended.

Generations Jackpot: So this one is fairly simple overall. It's basically SS Jazz which I did like. However, there is a known manufacturing error with that results in head halves that don't seem to be matched up right. If you're super OCD, this will bug you to no end, but it doesn't bug me since it mostly just looks like he took a hit to the end and his visor got set uneven. Otherwise, I like the colors and setup on this, and a transforming Actionmaster is a great concept. The Pteraxadon repaint works well with the mold, though I've occasionally had some trouble transforming him since the "baseball cap" visor on the head sticks forward more than Jazz's headsculpt did, so it can catch occasionally. Overall, 8/10 Generations Puffer and Road Ranger So if you have Huffer at this point, you know exactly what you're getting into. Road Ranger has an excellent deco and new head sculpt, but has the same failings as the Huffer mold in that his undercarriage just can't get out of its own way. However, the gun halves forming the truck bed feel firmer here than on Huffer, so that's an improvement. Puffer is mostly the same except with no truck bed and different guns, and another new head sculpt, as well as retoolings to his chest. These, if anything, aggravate the alt mode problems. I can't really figure out how to get all 4 wheels on the ground due to it. If you need your trucks to roll, this and the upcoming Pipes release are probably going to aggravate you. However, what aggravates me is how close we goddamn get to the ideal. Kingdom Pipes is here: tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/0/03/WFC-Kingdom-toy-Pipes.jpgAnd is clearly based off the G1 animated mode: tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/9/93/G1-Pipes-model-comparison.jpgHowever, Puffer is here: tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/0/0d/TF-WFC-GDC-Through-the-Vortex-Puffer.jpgWith a modeling clearly based off the toy tooling: tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/0/0b/G1toy_European_Pipes.jpgAnd both have elements of what I want, which is the Pipes colors but the Toy head from IDW: tfwiki.net/mediawiki/images2/8/8e/NoGunsNoSwordsNoBriefcases_PipesLookingForLove.jpgSo, y'know, I dunno if they'll redeco this mold again, but I can hope one day. Maybe a Selects release? Otherwise, 6/10 due to the undercarriage issues.

My Jackpot wasn't as jacked up as some of the others I've seen. I managed to do a semi-decent fix on him. It's really only noticable if you get super close and start examining the details. (The messed up silver visor is actually a chromed paint that's reflecting.)

Studio Series Blurr: You can refer to my SG Blurr review above for the exact mechanics of the toy, but this is the original which is all set out for your 86 movie cast needs. Good colors, solid transformation. Got it on a sale which is about the only reason I did given I had the SG Blurr already. Interesting contrasting him side by side with his TR counterpart that transforms like 50% identically but major differences elsewhere. 8/10
Selects Artfire: This guy's pretty similar to Grapple if you've got him. Stocky body, a few fire truck accessories. It wasn't enough to get me to get Inferno given I had my PotP Inferno already, but as Artfire, it's a new character and flashy color scheme, along with a Targetmaster. Plus it's a new version of one of the old ridiculously rare Grail toys from back in the day. Solid mold with a simple transformation but a good profile in both modes. 9/10
Kingdom Warpath: So my first thought getting this guy out. "Oh, he's based off a minibot. He'll be easy to transform just like the others, even if he's a Deluxe." Ah-ha. Ah HA. Hahahaha, no. The upper torso is pretty simple, but the sheer number of folding, collapsing panels in the legs were a pain in the ass till I got a video. Transforming him back to robot mode gave me a good grasp of where the panels need to go one at a time, which made future transformations easier, but his legs are still kind of a thing. Also, the shoulder shield to form the undercarriage of the tank makes me want this guy painted in green with a head replacement to be a transforming Zaku. 8/10
Cyberverse Ultra Sludge: I wanted to like this guy and I still do, kinda. His beast mode is solid, and he has good articulation. But for some reason, mine cannot keep his torso tabbed together. The bit that's a sliding bar between a plastic track keeps sliding down when he stands upright, and the two plastic clips just don't keep it in place. He splits down the middle regularly. A little disappointing. That said, apparently we have rumors about a SS Sludge upcoming, so this won't be the last time to see the Sauropods get their due for two decades. 5/10

My Jackpot's head is not as bad as it could be. Truth be told, I kinda like how it looks. Like he got cracked in the helmet and he wears that damage like a badge of honor.

Kingdom Core Starscream: Actually a pretty cool little toy, and bonus points for both maintaining the classic modes while transforming *completely* differently than most Seekers we've had. I was not expecting the chest to fold open so you can flip out the central spine and legs and rotate them 180 degrees around to reorient them vs. the wings. Decent articulation, small size. Pretty good for a Core class. 9/10
Kingdom Core Optimus Prime: This one was kind of a Christmas present and thus I don't really regret it, but after Starscream and Soundwave, it was a little disappointing. His robot mode's fine, articulated and all, but the truck mode cab looks like it needs to eat a sandwich, and the way the pegs plug into the thighs to hold it in truck mode are kinda finicky. Not a bad toy, and perfect for a low price gift, but probably the weakest Core class I've messed around with so far. He's not bad. Merely....fine. The Legends class Optimus we got back a while ago (that got repainted into Pipes and Huffer) did the job better than this one did, overall. 6/10
We'll see how Megatron works out when he shows up next week.

There's been better (and obviously much better articulated) versions of the evergreen/G1 Prime robot mode, but outside of the MP level figures, every one of the trucks is trash unless I'm blanking on one that isn't terrible. But honestly, wtf. The toy is 40 years old. It's a truck. FFS.
