Saw it a few days ago, using that freebie card they gave out when Ant-Man and the Wasp glitched for a couple minutes.
Is it better than The LEGO Batman Movie? Absolutely not. Why would ask that? Go hang your head in shame. NOW! DO IT NOW!
However, it...wasn't bad. Not great, but not as unbearable as some episodes of the show became when I stopped watching. There are a few gags that run on way too long, there's the show's fixation on Robin's butt for some reason, Starfire still uses "the" too much, and a couple songs too many. There's a time-travel scene that's...actually kind of the middle of the road. It ends up being pointless, but there are a couple gags that are fun, and possibly a playful jab at the comics about screwing with time not fixing everything (maybe that's just me).
Other than that, the story is surprisingly solid, it amps up the fun references and Easter eggs the show generally has, there are jokes that are actually funny, and while the Titans can be annoying, they aren't completely unlikable. They manage to do SOME things, as a movie, pretty well. Not spectacularly, not game-changing, but it'd probably come as a surprise to some. It kind of surprised me.
It will not change your mind about the show, and for any of its detractors that happen to have enjoyed the original series, the only reason to see it is for that credits scene that you've probably already heard about or seen on YouTube.
