I just finished up beating Titanfall 2's campaign. Solid game, even if it's a bit short. Makes me a bit more interested in the vibes that there might be a Titanfall 3 finally coming after years of Apex Legends. I'm also working on Persona 5 Strikers, with Final Fantasy XVI and VII Remake/Intergrade in the pipe before Rebirth comes out. I may get to Baldur's Gate 3 at some point given how many good reviews it's getting. And at some point I need to actually play through Zelda Breath of the Wild and Tears of the Kingdom. The backlog pile is deep.

Welcome to my life.. the backlog is DEEP.
I'm currently on a bit of a retro kick, but once I finish that, I gotta replay Crisis Core now that it's on a system that isn't the PSP and then replay VII/Intergrade before Rebirth hits.

I've been playing Baldur's Gate 3. I feel like I've been playing a million hours, but I'm still in Act I. I turned the difficulty down because if I didn't, I'd never get through the game with the time I have. Getting wrecked, then coming back and trying another approach is part of it, but I ain't got time for that. Still, suddenly realizing there were way more gnolls than you thought and running for your life is fun in its own way. Before that, I played Sea of Stars, which is AMAZING. Not a Japanese developer, but captured the essence of the golden age of JRPGs perfectly, while being a lot less annoying to play than an actual SNES or PS1 era game.

Just replayed Castlevania 3 twice using Grant almost exclusively. The first time I played through the NA version that I’m most familiar with. The second time I played the Japanese original, and it was a completely different experience thanks to Grants ability to throw unlimited daggers. He became the MVP of the whole game, wrecking everything. Before, I had never had a great time using Grant, often dying while trying to climb walls and ceilings, which is why I thought I’d force myself to use him, to see if maybe after extended use, I could get used to his play mechanics. And I’m glad I did. Completely changed the game.
