Yeah, I... Uh...
I don't hate it, but I don't exactly like it either.
It's "there". That's all I can say about it.

Windblade looks weird without her wings, even if they're retractable now.
Giving Bumblebee a mouth AND the whole "speaking via radio transmission" is just...I don't get it. They're probably doing it because of the upcoming movie, but I can't help but wonder what the point is of not just covering the lower half of his face with a guard like TF: Prime did.

Holy shit. I thought going from Prime to RiD was a drop in quality. This looks like hot garbage. The dumbing down of network animation continues.

That's like circa 2006 level CG. Good lawd. Writing is... meh. I don't hate it but I certainly don't care about it either. Loved that... Thundercracker(?) couldn't be bothered to actually use his guns at any point in that fight when he had every chance to.

GS, you know full well that using swords and fists is 100x cooler and 100x more honorable than using guns, even when using guns is obviously advantageous.
That animation would be fine if this was a web series, but they're putting this on actual TV? Up against like Star Wars and shit?

It's probably too soon to judge from just one clip...but...Dinotrux seems to have better animation and writing than this nonsense.

Who wished for a Titan Class Cyberverse Bumblebee? After some of the QC and design issues that have been shown with this line, I hope this don't end up being the hottest, yet most disappointing in hindsight, TF toy of the season for kids that really want one.

Watching it again and the third episode as well...
It's got potential. I can't say it's meeting that potential. But ignoring the other TF shows, and going by just CN shows, it does remind me a lot of shows like Adventure Time, Regular Show and a few others where the first batch of episodes aren't the greatest, but it grows into it. I *think* this may be the same case. I mean, I frickin' despised Teen Titans Go at first, but it grew on me. Ditto for Regular Show. And remember, even Clone Wars and Rebels kinda sucked from the first few episodes.
It IS the same writing team that did the recently ended TMNT show on Nick. (The CGI one.) So there's hope. Now whether it embraces that potential or not is up to them.

NYCC New Round Of Cyberverse StuffNew Warrior Class Hot Rod, Soundwave, and Prowl. Oh hey a new Scout Class Ratchet... These figures just don't do anything for me. Not even Ratchet. Hot Rod looks like a mess too.

Happened to notice this was still a thing while cruising the scheduling grid. It apparently premiered in September...but given it apparently airs before 6am, Saturday morning, with zero advertisements, it's no wonder it slipped my mind. But I watched the first three episodes OnDemand.
So, the memory cells bit is actually kinda clever. Some are blank, some are cracked, some are both. And Bee can "speak", which is nice, because I find this "radio-speak" more annoying than anything else.
I don't recognize ANY of the voice actors, which isn't a bad thing, per se. The guy voicing Prime does an okay Peter Cullen. Megatron...almost seemed to have a British accent at times. But I think out of all of them Windblade gave the best performances. But then again, 'Bee doesn't get to talk outside his head, and others don't get to say a lot.
This seems...okay, but maybe not up my alley. Kind of like "Rise of the TMNT", but at least I might give Cyberverse a couple more episodes.
