I just now saw the pic up there and the online offerings for the Megatron statue and I definitely agree that it looks pretty lazy compared to Prime. All they did was add a huge cannon with a really tiny handle and trigger and put a Decepticon logo on her tie and called it a day. Her clothes also look lavender and G1 Megatron definitely did not have a light purple tint.
Looks like they could have at least added a bucket style helmet instead of a hat and a backpack that had a bazooka sticking out to simulate the other gun barrel on Megatron's back would have helped the look a little more.

I'm not disagreeing with you about the statues there. But in the toy's defense? G1 Megatron was the least interesting looking of all the original early era Decepticons, except maybe Rumble/Frenzy. He's all silver and black and not much else. (Red sometimes, if the artist tries to break out from the normals a bit.) He's basically a blocky silver robot with a metal mullet. If you removed his cannon, there's not much to make him interesting to look at. I guess they could have given her his squiggly chest hair...?

That'll be the convention-exclusive futanari version.
