Same thing happened with Venture Bros over the summer, canceled but nobody knew. Looks like streaming is going to be the only place for animation to thrive now because the cable networks are way too cancel happy. Kinda sucks for fans who like characters that are owned by the big corps like WB and Disney.

I mean, with Venture Bros., their time between seasons can be a couple years. It was disappointing, but some, like my brother, might've thought it was cancelled already.
DuckTales has been consistently great, and unless the ratings have been low, I don't see why they'd ax it. I'm trying to take it with a grain or two of salt, seeing as this is from an unrelated third party. When someone who actually works on the show says something, that'll be more convincing.
