I'm sort of Sad/Okay with IDW's current universe coming to the end because honestly? It has been feeling bloated of late, with so many old Hasbro franchises popping up.
I hope the next setting plays around with a post War or Cold War setting.

What I would like in the next universe?
They can keep it the same exact way, but a little more focus from them wouldn't be a bad thing. I mean, for a comic called Lost Light, there hasn't been a lot of Lost Light in it.

After finally getting his ship back and punishing Getaway, Hot Rod activates the Qauntim Engines just as the Scavengers crash their ship into the side of the Lost Light, causing it to warp.... To the New IDW verse! And because the universe is a bitch, Megatron get's yanked along to, because we need more Old man Megs dealing with the kids

And the latest two issues of Optimus Prime have some very surprising revelations in them. I certainly didn't see it coming.

That's a very polite way of saying it.
I went with "BARBER, YOU SON OF A BITCH!"

That was the utmost epitome of a mindblow.
As of right now, I'm not sure how any future incarnation of the Transformers will ever top today's reveals in the books that was released.

Alright fine. If you people are just going to talk this up so much I'll use my back-channels and read the issues before I take my monthly trip to get my pull. (Reads) Wha...wha...what the everlovin' hell?!?!

To the New IDW verse! And because the universe is a bitch, Megatron get's yanked along to, because we need more Old man Megs dealing with the kids *Reads the last issue of the Lost Light.* I am shocked by how close some of this was. Rodimus: "Crankcase? Set a course for high jinks and mild peril!" Swerve: "I've just heard the best order that's ever been given." Ultra Magnus: "How long will it take us?" Rodimus: "What, to explore the entire universe?" Ultra Magnus: "I will accept an estimate." Rodimus: "Well, if I had to guess... taking account of all known variables and allowing for every possible outcome... if I had to guess, I'd say it'll take us more or less... forever. What do you think, co-captain?" Megatron: "What do I think?" Rodimus: "Yeah." Megatron: "I think forever sounds about right." I can't think of a better ending for them and it reminds me of... The Doctor: There are worlds out there where the sky is burning, and the sea's asleep, and the rivers dream; people made of smoke and cities made of song. Somewhere there's danger, somewhere there's injustice, and somewhere else the tea's getting cold. Come on, Ace. We've got work to do.
