I'm kinda hoping that spider isn't transformed correctly, because wow, that's.. terrible. Robot looks fantastic though, even the spider kibble (aside from the obvious intended stuff, like the legs) is tucked away pretty nicely.

*looks at spider-mode* There is alot of junk in that trunk...literally.
But as good as robot mode looks, there was bound to be some trade-off somewhere. I guess it's a matter of which mode you really want to display it in more.

Be honest. You're never going to transform it.

Yeah. No one wants Blackarachnia so they can have a big ass black widow spider on display. Still- it’s better looking than the beast mode of the original toy.

Or the robot mode of the original toy.
Y'know, 'cause Tarantulas repaint...

I don't love that anywhere near as much as I expected to given my fondness for the original toy (for all of it's clunky kibbliness). Maybe more pictures will improve my opinion of it. Also, that lion face.

That lion pretty much looks spot on to the anime... in which he looked kinda derpy.
It's hard to tell exactly, but just going by the mane it looks like it's going to reproduce how the lion head became more mechanical in bot mode.

I kinda like it. I mean, I'm not fooling myself. I'm never going to buy it. It's outta my price range. But I like it.
