Yeah but I already have it on PS4 (and inevitably Switch) and the Steam re-release so the generation is covered for the purpose of the "rule", which is why I'll get it only if it's cheap. Though if I wasn't broke...

Saw the local Wal-Mart knocked the price all the way down to $29.00. I'm starting to think about it now.

I guess it's an inexpensive way to get Wild Arms...
Anybody have interest in the TurboGrafx mini?

Eh, if the stuff that didn't see US release originally (Rondo of Blood, Snatcher, etc) and the rest of the games on the "Japanese" list have English translations, I'm on board with it. Otherwise, if I can get it cheap it's probably worth it for Lords of Thunder, though the lack of Gate makes me unwilling to part with a lot of money for it.

Right now I'm more looking forward to the Genesis Mini. Have found memories of some of those games.

I've had a Genny Mini on preorder for ages. Can't wait for that thing. The Genesis is one of my dearest childhood friends/memories, and that we're finally getting a GOOD classic Sega done by M2 and not the tire fire trash that AtGames has been shitting out makes me thrilled.

Should hit next week. Got one pre-ordered at Wal-Mart. The one drawback is why they did not include the 6 button controller since Street Fighter II is on there.

Yeah, I didn't understand that logic either. I know the 3-button is the "nostaligic" choice, but there's a few games on there that really benefit from the proper 6-er. Fortunately it's just a generic USB socket so the couple of USB pads I have for my PC should work.

I'll know for sure when it arrives, but if it's standardized USB it should recognize other "generic USB controllers" just fine.
