Power Rangers moves from Bandai to Hasbro in 2019. I'm curious as to how our resident Sentai collectors feel about this. Come out of the shout and mingle fellas!

You know Deino keeps them locked down there for a reason.

Wow that's a big coup for Hasbro. I've never been terribly impressed with the PR toys outside of those awesome $20 Legacy figures, so doesn't make much diff to me.

A lot of fans have really been turning against Bandai in recent years- poor distribution, poor paint choices, poor responses to criticism... and the current line Ninja Steel is allegedly underperforming (but so far I havent' been able to find stats backing that up). It all adds up to me. This could be a good breath of fresh air for the series. although based on how Hasbro handles G1 Transformers... if you think you're sick of MMPR rehashes NOW...

Wow... how does that even work. I thought Bandai owned a large stake in the Sentai franchise, how does a licensee fire them?
Also, if Hasbro starts getting Takara to do engineering for the Zord toys, that has got to stick in somebody's craw over at Bandai. It's not like the engineering of even the flagship Japanese versions of them has progressed much since the 90's.
