Tyrannocon's eyes are pretty much the dino eyes from Jurassic park. Small black dots in the middle of yellow sclera. Seems to be painted from what I can see.
Most of JP93's transparent plastic isn't in particularly problematic areas. There is one hinge at the toe (the foot is part of the rear car roof and flips around to become the heel of the foot) that could potentially be a problem.

SG Megatron:
So, Siege Megatron is a good mold. Like, a really good mold. This is an interesting use of it. Extra accessories to deck it out to look like a (completely different) alt mode while still basically using the same parts (I checked, the tank mode is 100% still possible).
That said, I had a lot of fun with this one. The vehicle mode doesn't look as bad if you ignore the instructions telling you to ignore the sword gun and just add it to the gun turret where it would go in tank mode, which covers up the gaps a bit. I got an accessory pack that basically has a couple shoulder cannons, a clear blue sword, and a little mini-tank for if I really want him to look like E-Megs. And the painting and such are just nice. Also, if you don't like the jet mode, you can plug the accessories onto the tank mode to make him some kind of Star Fox style Landmaster, which technically makes him a triple changer (even if there's nowhere for the cockpit piece to go in that configuration).
Overall, this is a solid...not even a retool, but a repurposing? I liked it a lot, and little add-ons can add extra play value via the Siege 5mm ports. 9/10 (a perfect 10 would be an actual retooled mold).

Really love they didn't remold really anything to allow him to keep his tank mode allowing him to be an unofficial triple changer. I haven't picked up the add on kit but I took his arm cannon and placed it in one of the peg holes on top his back pack and it looks halfway decent. I just wish they had remolded his face where it looked less angry and would allow the blue eyes to really shine. Now just need SG Starscream.

Cyberverse Deluxe Starscream
So, like Megatron, Optimus, and Slug, this one is a hidden gem. The transformation isn't copy-pasted Seeker since 84, the alt mode is a cool looking future jet, the articulation and robot mode are great, a lot of the transforming panels cover up gaps in the robot mode like the back of the legs or his robot mode back plate, and my only complaint about the accessories is I wish I had two of the missile ones so I could do side by side firing when in robot mode from his chest launchers instead of just one side.
Really a nice little toy and I'm actually not too upset I had to pay a little markup to get it since I missed out when it was current. Hoping Cyberverse's followup keeps this level of quality if they do continue with it. I've got the Deluxe Soundwave coming soon too, so we'll see how that is. 9/10.

Cyberverse Deluxe Soundwave
So first off, the packaging on these. No plastic window is really weird. But this one was still intact thanks to the wonders of eBay, so we're good.
Anyway, this is another bit where Cyberverse feels a bit off. Soundwave is closer in complexity "feel" to Deluxe Shockwave (from the Build A Figure section) and despite being bigger feels "lighter" to a degree. It's a weird case, but it almost feels like a slightly simplified size class compared to Starscream who was in the same wave.
That said, robot mode is pretty good even if he needs a stand to do proper dance hall rocking out like in the show. Since actually sitting down to watch Cyberverse, I really wanted this figure, and he has a well integrated Laserbeak. Good poseability if a little back heavy. The backpack could've used like one more hinge to let it fully fold in, but that's nitpicking.
The vehicle mode is actually really good and this just makes me think that Cyberverse and Animated have hit really well on what you make Soundwave if he's not going to be a casette player but you want that G1 vibe. Big boxy communications vans are the way to go.
Overall, not quite as stellar as Starscream or Slug, but still quite good. 7/10

See, I dunno, Soundwave as a truck/van just feels weird to me. I'm not entirely sure what I think he should be, but it just doesn't quite feel "right" either. That said, I absolute love the head sculpt on this guy and the robot mode looks great.

My biggest issue with Soundwave and Starscream is the hollow back legs. For a Deluxe toy, it seems like such an overlooked flaw. I'm not saying it needs a flap to go over it... Though it wouldn't hurt... But maybe like a 5MM plus holt so you can store weapons there or SOMETHING. Starscream is less egregious than Soundwave, because you can at least see WHY it's so barren. But there was room to spare with Soundwave. I would have happily passed on that odd sound blast effect in lieu of a flip cover for it.

That said, I absolute love the head sculpt on this guy and the robot mode looks great. Amusingly an Iron Factory 3rd Party Soundwave went with a triple changer effect I kinda like. Anyway, Selects Galvatron: This is basically a toy colors Galvatron, and while it could be Galvatron II, I've noticed there's actually a lot of differences between the basic toy colors and his Marvel comics look. That said, I did basically leave mine clean of stickers as I think he doesn't need them to fill out the details. Mine had properly assembled shoulders as well, which was a nice difference from my stock Galvy. Amusingly, in addition to him being Galvatron II-sorta boogaloo, I find it funny to also repurpose him as Shattered Glass Galvatron. The current SG comics pull some elements from the IDW comics continuity, and so inverting "Barbarian Warlord Galvatron from a distant, more savage era of Cybertron" as a "ancient sage Galvatron providing Megatron with instruction against the Evil Autobots ala Alpha Trion" is kinda hilarious to me.

I need to take another crack at using the soldering iron to heat that pin and pop it out of Galvy's shoulders. I think I need a stronger magnet than the ones I was using. Might be able to scavenge one out of one of these dead hard drives I have lying around.

Kingdom Tigatron
First off, like, was Tigatron really this tall in the show? He's clearly THE tallest of the Kingdom Season 1 figures, and while I know Tigatron was bigger, I thought Optimus and Rhinox weren't as short. Scale is screwed in TFs anyway, but Tigatron is a very tall cat alongside his fellow Season 1 dudes.
Tiger mode is decent, and he actually has his gun which they didn't bother adding to Cheetor, even if it doesn't go anywhere in beast mode. Transformation is a little more finicky than Cheetor (especially getting the two torso side panels to line up with the shoulder panels) but not as much of a living pain as Kingdom Rhinox. Final robot mode is very good representation of the Mainframe CGI model, even if the beast mode is pretty lanky due to sharing upsized tooling with Cheetor. Interesting putting him alongside Cheetor and Predacon Ravage and seeing the very different reworks of a mostly shared alt mode. That said, if you only wanted one, Tigatron would be the one I recommend. He just feels a bit more solid in robot mode and comes with all his accessories.
7/10
