We all know my jam if Turn A, but honestly? I think Iron Blooded Orphans may be the best compromise of them all. It's similar enough to the UC, to the point that I wonder if the Post DIsaster timeline is just the future of the UC, like Correct Century and Regild Century is.

Oh, that's perfectly fine. A new timeline with the same aesthetic of the OYW isn't something I'd gripe about. I mean, that's what SEED *was*. It's the endless retreads of UC's events specifically that burned me out on that continuity. That and the fact that it was before Tomino got therapy and so basically every future installment further on until Unicorn kept getting shittier and shittier for everyone.

What, you find it hard to believe that there's all these different sub-conflicts going on simultaneously with their own collections of Zaku, GM and Gundam variants somehow all produced? I don't see what the problem is.
Prototype Gundam Gundam (classic) Gundam RX-78-3 Couple dozen RX-79[G]'s Alex Blue Destiny Unit 2 Full Armor Gundam Atlas Gundam Gundam G04 Gundam G05 Some number of Gundam Local types including the North American variant Gundam Marine Type
...and that's just off the top of my head. For Gundams. During the OYW.

Since they'll undoubtedly want sequels, they could potentially do one movie for a bunch of the various shows each, all taking place in the same universe.
Movie 1: Introduces mobile suits, Gundam being in a league of its own. Movie 2: Gundams become more common, a very powerful one threatens to shift balance of power. Maybe this would be Wing-esque. Movie 3: A group comes along to end all wars (This'd be 00), show the folly of war or something. Movie 4: Humanity has moved beyond petty conflicts, now decides global leadership via Gundam tournament (G). Movie 5: Maybe whatever the Hell Iron-Blooded Orphans was, because at this point, people may stop caring about the franchise. Movie 6: Direct to Video.
...
I dunno.
